🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years PM or product strategy experience.
- Deep Web3/Crypto understanding, esp. exchange products, API trading, VIP programs.
- Experience in CEXs, brokerages, financial institutions, or VIP products preferred.
- Strong cross-team communication, systematic thinking, and user insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Chinese; multi-market collaboration a plus.
