🎯 Requirements
- Keen interest in blockchain and finance; strong derivatives knowledge.
- 3+ years PM experience; bachelor’s degree or above; quantitative background preferred.
- Strong product design and PM skills; identify user needs via data; drive growth.
- Rigorous thinking, teamwork, and communication; coordinate across departments.
- Excellent English communication; global, cross-timezone work.
- CFA, FRM or equivalent certification is a plus.
