🎯 Requirements
- Show keen interest in blockchain and finance, with strong derivatives and structured finance knowledge.
- 3+ years PM experience with a bachelor’s degree; quantitative fields preferred.
- Strong skills in product design and project management; identify user needs through data and drive growth.
- Rigorous logical thinking, teamwork, and cross-department coordination.
- Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward users and the team.
- Excellent English communication; able to work across time zones.
