🎯 Requirements
- PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody or Broker products.
- Solid liquidity dynamics knowledge; experience with fee schedules or incentives.
- Experience engaging directly with institutional clients.
- Logical thinker, team player, and strong written/verbal skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for market research and product ops.
- Product Director-level exp; zero-to-one product a plus.
