🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise tech with ownership of complex platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP, PLM, HRIS, security tooling, or operational platforms.
- Strong financial/analytical acumen; build business cases, ROI, and budget accountability.
- GRC knowledge: SOX, ITGC, change management, access controls.
- Ability to influence Director/VP level and operate in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
