Product Manager, Data Platform

📋 Description

• Own data foundations & insights strategy for core products
• Partner with data engineering/analytics to build self-serve data platforms
• Embed in cross-functional squads as data SME; translate needs into scalable data products
• Improve time-to-insight and data cycle time for business, product, compliance
• Deliver reliable, well-documented, trusted data products
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience owning platform, data, or analytics products in a complex org
• Fintech/financial services or regulated environments exp (preferred)
• Partner with data engineering on data models, pipelines, metrics layers
• Embedded PM in cross-functional squads; translate ambiguous questions into scalable solutions
• Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or insight-generation use cases for multiple audiences
• Clear communication across technical and business stakeholders
