Product Manager, Data Center

📋 Description

• Own the vision and roadmap for DCIM, CMMS/EAM, and BMS/SPoG platforms.
• Translate business goals into initiatives with defined outcomes and metrics.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery to continuous improvement.
• Make build, buy, or extend decisions across internal/external tools for ROI and interoperability.
• Deliver iteratively with Agile, defining MVPs and scalable platforms.
• Maintain structured execution using Jira with clear tracking and delivery discipline.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management or related roles in data center/infrastructure.
• DCIM product experience with two of CMMS/EAM, BMS/SPoG, construction, or lifecycle tools.
• Proven success building/scaling data- and AI-driven products and adoption.
• Strong understanding of facilities infrastructure (power, cooling, layouts, capacity).
• Technical fluency in data models, APIs, integrations, and analytics.
• PM fundamentals: user research, problem framing, PRDs, KPI design, roadmap execution.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, business, or related field.
