📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for data product domains (e.g., claims, eligibility, data delivery).
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to define data pipelines and reporting needs.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into data product requirements and stories.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and backlogs for data engineering and analytics teams.
• Define metrics to measure data product quality, timeliness, and adoption.
• Conduct SQL-based data exploration and BI validation to inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, data, healthcare, or tech.
• 4+ years in product mgmt, analytics, or healthcare tech.
• Proven track record delivering data products end-to-end.
• Proficiency with Agile and Jira; run sprint ceremonies.
• Hands-on SQL and at least one BI tool (Looker/Sigma/Tableau).
• Knowledge of healthcare data concepts (claims, eligibility).
