🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years owning complex, system-level products.
- Deep understanding of decisioning systems, rules engines, or workflow automation.
- Experience owning a revenue-generating product end-to-end, including roadmap and measurement.
- Strong technical fluency: APIs, data pipelines, SQL, and architecture trade-offs.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into business value narratives for executives and customers.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven iteration.
