Product Manager, Creator Experience

📋 Description

• Build and own the creator research pipeline (usability tests, interviews, replays).
• Partner with designers to shape end-to-end solutions and launch.
• Own delivery with engineers: run sprints, track progress, ensure quality.
• QA features and improvements before release.
• Track product performance with data analysis and event instrumentation.
• Grow the creator base from first experience to meaningful engagement and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years PM in fast-moving consumer/creator env.
• Passion for creative apps; focus on feel, not just function.
• Hands-on UXR: interviews, recruits, synthesize, prioritized direction.
• Comfort delivering with engineers from sprint to shipping.
• Metrics-informed: funnel analysis, product analytics, event tracking.
• Startup mindset: energy in ambiguity; high agency and judgment.
