📋 Description

• Lead with customer-first mindset in fast, agile product development
• Conduct ongoing discovery with customers, field teams, Sales & CS

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM in enterprise SaaS environments
• 3+ years in construction tech for field teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and high-velocity value
• Strong business acumen; lead software initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Experience owning 0-to-1 feature development from conception to launch
• Clear view of product development best practices; pragmatic speed
• Systems thinker solving root problems with scalable solutions
• Detail-oriented; connect tactical execution to strategic impact
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Able to simplify complex problems and articulate them to stakeholders
• Strong technical documentation skills
• Comfortable leading deep technical discussions with engineers
• Experience on large, complex U.S. construction projects preferred
• Familiarity with lean construction, CPM scheduling, and short-interval/pull planning a plus
