Product Manager, Client Experience

📋 Description

• Own the configuration platform backlog: prioritize, define, ship, measure.
• Translate input from client success/ops/clinical teams into actionable work.
• Deliver features across core domains: setup, eligibility, content, billing.
• Own quality: triage bugs, track reliability, maintain internal user trust.
• Collaborate with engineering to unblock delivery and align scope with shipping.
• Prototype ideas with Claude Code and AI tools; validate with internal users.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 3-5+ years product mgmt; 1-2 years shipping internal tools.
• Experience building with AI tools for prototyping and code.
• SQL and analytics (Looker, PostHog, Amplitude); define metrics.
• End-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, shipping, measuring.
• Cross-functional collaboration: engineering, design, ops, biz.
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous settings; define product surface.
• Clear, concise writing; translate workflows into actionable specs.
