Product Manager, Cards

📋 Description

• Own the cards roadmap: cardholder experience, platform capabilities, and growth.
• Collaborate with engineering on platform tradeoffs and translate into partner-ready decisions.
• Define and ship card experience for partners: onboarding, activation, spend controls, lifecycle.
• Build activation and growth levers to drive adoption, usage, and retention.
• Translate payments and stablecoin infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces.
• Gather partner feedback, distill into priorities, and push high-leverage work.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years PM experience shipping zero-to-one to scale in a product-led, strong engineering culture.
• Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor; consistently raise the bar.
• Senior autonomous operator who defines problems, drives the plan, and owns outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments, blockchain) and ability to explore technical threads.
• Detail-focused; believes quality is in the specifics and is energized to get them right.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with partners and engineering teams.
