Own architecture, governance, and roadmap for Salesforce-based OS
Translate real-world workflows into scalable system logic
Design routing, automation, case management for access, revenue, compliance
Partner with Ops, Clinical, Admissions, Scheduling, and RCM to solve bottlenecks
Define schema design, automation standards, and change-control governance
Build economic and throughput models to guide design

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, RevOps, or analytics
Strong analytical and modeling skills (SQL / Excel / BI tools)
Experience translating complex operational workflows into system logic
Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, or revenue ops (Salesforce preferred)
Must be willing to work in-person 4 days per week in Union Square, NY
Work authorized in the United States and native English proficiency
