6+ years in software; PM/leadership on design tools (Figma/Canva/Webflow)
Deep design systems, theming, typography, layout; professional visuals
AI-first design experience; AI can produce/adapt/maintain visuals at scale
Technical curiosity; understand design tools and AI systems to guide product calls
Experience closing the gap between AI output and designed experiences
