Product Manager, Brand Protection

📋 Description

• Develop and scale brand protection solutions for rapid enforcement against counterfeits.
• Work with engineering and AI teams to define and maintain a feature roadmap.
• Establish and drive OKRs for brand protection products and track metrics.
• Engage business and operations teams to translate complex requirements into solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership to align brand protection initiatives with company strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Sales, CS, and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management leading B2B/B2C or internal products.
• Bilingual in English and Korean; global collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration; clear, persuasive written and verbal.
• Action-oriented mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Analytical and data-driven problem-solving using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficiency in SQL, or the ability to rapidly upskill in data analysis.
