📋 Description

• Own product vision and execution for mission-critical capabilities.
• Work with engineers to shape requirements, scope, and delivery.
• Partner with operators to understand workflows and success metrics.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Balance near-term delivery with longer-term platform development.
• Drive decisions using user feedback and technical insight.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product-building experience.
• PM or related role with meaningful product ownership.
• Worked with tech leads to plan, prioritize, and sequence roadmaps.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture tradeoffs.
• Shipped complex products in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
