Product Manager

📋 Description

• Talk to customers; understand how legal/finance/governance teams operate.
• Set product direction and roadmap priorities balancing customer needs and goals.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to turn complex problems into product solutions.
• Define requirements and user stories to guide engineering while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with Sales/Support/Implementation for successful product launches.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes in governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS.
• Track record of owning product areas from discovery through launch.
• Strong product judgment and ability to trade-offs in fast-moving environments.
• Experience working with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products.
• Comfortable leading customer discovery and translating insights into decisions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about AI's impact on products.
