Product Manager - Autonomy

📋 Description

• Define autonomy product capabilities across aircraft and systems
• Translate operational needs into prioritized autonomy requirements and roadmaps
• Own autonomy product from capability to outcome across simulation, test, and flight
• Collaborate with Product, Advanced Development, Autonomy Eng, VMS, Flight Test, and partners
• Align autonomy work with customer and program expectations
• Ensure readiness across SITL, HITL, and flight environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related
• 10+ years delivering autonomy, mission systems, or flight-critical platforms
• Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler, SysML, and MBSE
• Capability definition and delivery across multiple teams
• Familiar with OMS, UCI, ICD-driven development
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred
