Product Manager, Authorization Services

📋 Description

• Define the strategy and roadmap for Authorization Services.
• Lead discovery with Ops, Clinical, and Providers to identify problems.
• Partner with Eng, Design, and Data Science to ship AI features.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Legal, Compliance, partners.
• Define success metrics (auto-approval rate, turnaround) and iterate.
• Shape AI-enabled decisioning across Oscar workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years PM experience in high-growth or complex environments.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems using experimentation.
• Track record delivering impactful software in customer-facing or operationally complex domains.
• Strong analytical mindset to generate insights and inform strategy.
• Experience partnering with engineers and designers to bring products to life.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and leadership.
