• Shape the Authorisations roadmap with engineering and partners to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Product experience: 2-4+ years as a PM in payments, fintech, or related B2B platforms.
• Analytical mindset: data-driven, metrics-focused, and able to quantify impact.
• Cross-functional leadership: influence without authority across engineering, design, ops, and commercial.
• Execution excellence: track record delivering high-impact product work from discovery to delivery.
• Merchant/customer focus: deep empathy for merchant needs and simple, effective products.
• Clear communication: articulate priorities, trade-offs, and product rationale clearly.
