Product Manager - AI

📋 Description

• Own AI-driven trading products: LLM-based recs, AI decisions, signals
• Understand user needs, combine LLMs, NLP to design AI features
• Build LLM-powered generative recommendations, dynamic experiences
• Stay updated on AIGC, LLMs, multimodal agents
• Define AI product roadmap with 0→1 and 1→N goals
• Collaborate with algorithm, backend, frontend, data teams across lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, AI, DS, Financial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years product mgmt, 2+ years AI/LLM products; finance/trading background preferred
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, and rec systems; prompt, RAG, retrieval
• Strong AI product sense with ability to turn model capabilities into user value
• Familiar with recall, ranking, cold start; LLM-based rec experience a plus
• Strong data analysis skills; proficient in SQL and BI; plan tracking and AB tests
