Product Manager (Agents)

📋 Description

• Lead the Lovable agent end-to-end, owning quality, roadmap, and feedback loops.
• Shape how the agent reasons, acts, and delivers for millions of users.
• Represent the user: synthesize findings on agent performance with clarity.
• Run discovery end-to-end: user interviews, competitive research, eval analysis, prompt experiments.
• Own the quality bar for agent outputs: eval infra and regression monitoring.
• Projects first: rebuild evaluation framework to catch regressions early.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software with ownership of an AI/LLM product in PM or engineering.
• Hands-on experience building agent-based systems; understands planning loops and reasoning.
• Technical fluency: you program or have programmed; read model outputs and traces.
• Strong product sense and systems thinking; balance speed with foundational work.
• Preferred: deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
