Develop and drive a roadmap for AI-first AEC capabilities in GrowthStudio
Lead product discovery and prioritization for customer-facing AI-enabled workflows
Leverage internal AI tooling across the full product lifecycle
Partner with UX and Engineering to shape agentic workflows and prototypes
Define success metrics and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences
Translate strategy and research into actionable requirements and release plans

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in AEC or software for AEC customers
Translate customer/market insights into requirements and prototypes
Experience with AI-powered products, including LLMs and agentic workflows
Strong analytical skills to define problems and evaluate data
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, and customers
Willingness to travel ~15%
