Product Manager, Active Trading

📋 Description

• Set vision and roadmap for active trading, with safety and compliance guardrails.
• Ship features end-to-end with Research, Design, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Incorporate regulatory and policy requirements into product guardrails.
• Lead launches with demos, education, support readiness, and cross-functional comms.
• Prioritize features and experiments based on user feedback and impact.
• Set goals and metrics to measure usage, adoption, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in building and launching high-quality consumer products.
• Fintech, 0-1 and/or consumer AI product experience a plus.
• Strong GenAI, agents, and ML knowledge to work with engineers.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder products at scale.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to influence without authority.
• Data-driven mindset and passion for improving customer experience.
