- Translate compliance needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for developers.
- Triage accessibility issues, prioritize remediation, and track progress.
- Define and track metrics on accessibility performance (defect trends, audit findings, escalations).
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years guiding product, design, and engineering teams on WCAG 2.1/2.2.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including exec-level accessibility discussions.
- Track record managing accessibility in SaaS/complex software.
- Balance compliance with user experience and business needs.
- Strong communication; explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or CPWA).
