📋 Description

• Lead development of Calm Health capabilities and roadmap.
• Partner with Eng, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Content to drive growth.
• Gather customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Manage product roadmap, priorities, goals, and deliverables.
• Create PRDs detailing features, market opportunity, success metrics.
• Leverage AI to improve workflows and in-app experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management or related field.
• Led end-to-end product development as primary product owner.
• Manage complex requirements from discovery to execution.
• Experience with external customers and requirements gathering.
• Technically conversant with APIs; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of B2B2C product KPIs and customer personas.
