🎯 Requirements

3+ years product management experience (fintech/financial services preferred).
Strong business sense with customer empathy and analytical rigor.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and GMs.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to translate business needs into product roadmaps.
Familiarity with data, experimentation, and growth optimization.
