📋 Description

• Own product vision and strategy for the messaging platform powering all member communications.
• Build internal tools and APIs to deliver the right message at the right time.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to expand capabilities.
• Prioritize improvements to performance, scalability, and personalization.
• Set the bar for member-facing communications reflecting Chime’s brand.
• Leverage experimentation and data to evolve platform capabilities and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with messaging platforms or APIs (Braze, Iterable) for targeted messaging.
• Led cross-functional initiatives to improve mobile, email, and in-app communications.
• Background building consumer-facing mobile features with strong UX.
• Ownership of a product roadmap with metrics and data-informed trade-offs.
• Familiar with platform or infrastructure product roles enabling scale of experiences.
• Comfort operating with autonomy, balancing member needs and technical constraints.
