🎯 Requirements

Native Japanese; fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years Product Launch experience in a technology company; SaaS experience.
Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and bug life cycle.
Localization experience with CAT tools; translation a plus.
Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with remote teams.
