Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core Workstream area
• Define vision, north star metrics, and success criteria aligned with priorities
• Spend time with customers and cross-functional teams to spot patterns
• Partner with Sales, CS, BD, and Ops to translate requirements into scalable product solutions
• Build external partnerships (job boards, integrations) to expand capabilities
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to validate hypotheses

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, growth, marketplace, or startup
• Experience utilizing AI to improve team effectiveness
• Understanding of AI landscape and tools
• Proven track record owning product initiatives from concept through launch (0→1) and iteration (1→N), GTM and PLG
• Strong customer empathy and enthusiasm for talking directly with users
• Excellent analytical, strategic, hypothesis-driven problem-solving, and communication
