Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap for payroll and tips, aligned to priorities
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, and Data from discovery to delivery
• Prioritize tradeoffs across usability, regulatory risk, and constraints
• Partner with Product Marketing to shape launches and adoption
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and use insights to improve
• Stay close to customers and regulatory landscape; validate ideas via research
• Deliver simple, reliable solutions in a fast-moving environment where trust and accuracy are critical

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, Fintech/Payroll/Tip
• End-to-end product ownership: discovery to post-launch optimization
• Data-driven decisions using KPIs and OKRs with product analytics
• Build alignment across cross-functional partners and leadership
• User-centric approach with interviews, research, and competitive analysis
