Product Manager

📋 Description

• The Product Manager is responsible for managing product intake, alignment, and delivery across a key enterprise client and internal platform support, coordinating across client stakeholders, engineering, and internal teams, while maintaining high standards for communication, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead feature intake, scoping, and sizing with engineering; identify dependencies, gaps, and clarifications; define next steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and communicate feature requests and updates across internal teams; gather stakeholder feedback; ensure alignment prior to client-facing discussions.
• Own client product support as the primary contact for day-to-day product needs; respond to inquiries related to bugs, enhancements, and functionality; provide ongoing issue resolution and guidance.
• Maintain regular communication with client product counterparts; share status updates across environments; lead monthly product meetings and 1:1 syncs; advocate for engineering requirements and ensure access and data are provided.
• Conduct preliminary QA on new features and coordinate resolution of issues prior to client review.
