Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product execution across onboarding, discovery, storylines, and retention.
• Write production-ready specs for design and engineering.
• Monitor product health via dashboards and analytics.
• Design, run, and readout A/B tests; data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with design on UX flows; ensure quality and specs.
• Proactively contribute to roadmap with recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management on mobile consumer or social platform.
• Track record shipping features end-to-end with design and engineering.
• Strong analytics; own health metrics, run experiments, derive conclusions.
• Clear, direct written communication; tight specs.
• Experience with Mixpanel/Hex or equivalent; familiarity with Figma.
• Travel up to 10% of time.
