📋 Description

• Drive Product Led Growth outcomes to boost activation and retention.
• Own PLG initiatives; track adoption and identify opportunities to increase usage.
• Run A/B tests across onboarding flows, core workflows, and feature discovery.
• Build scalable product experiences for high daily active users.
• Break down complex PLM concepts into intuitive bite-sized experiences.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship improvements quickly and safely.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Product Manager with adoption or growth ownership.
• Strong PLG, experimentation, and A/B testing experience.
• Experience building products used by a large number of daily active users.
• Proven ability to move adoption numbers through iterative product improvements.
• Ability to translate complex systems into simple, approachable user experiences.
• Highly data driven with strong product intuition.
