Product Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to define requirements and priorities.
• Use global processes to understand scope, complexity, and dependencies.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to align products within a family.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to decommission.
• Travel extensively to field and farm; 90% travel (home weekends).
• Represent the voice of the customer through interviews and market research.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background preferred.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles, heavy machinery, and robotics preferred.
• Advanced PM with large-scale industrial equipment experience.
• Customer understanding and ability to implement roadmap.
• Data-driven requirements documentation and decision making.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
