🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in Product Management or related role.
- Personal lines insurance experience; strong product mgmt knowledge; state regulations.
- Experience with regulated product changes with fixed timelines.
- Strong organizational and PM skills; multi-state workstreams.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Clear written communicator; documentation focused.
- Comfortable liaising between business stakeholders and Engineering.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and drive work to completion.
- Customer- and operations-aware with attention to downstream impact.
