Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for WordPress hosting aligned with priorities.
• Drive decisions on what to work on next by balancing input from Tech, other teams, and customers.
• Define problems, scope, and trade-offs clearly so teams can focus on building the right things.
• Work closely with Engineering, Development, and Product Design to deliver solutions.
• Keep stakeholders informed on priorities, progress, risks, and decisions.
• Define, track and report product metrics to understand impact and guide future decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shaping and maintaining a product roadmap.
• 2+ years in a Product Manager or Project Manager role.
• Experience in SaaS/tech with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with product metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
• Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management.
