Product Manager

📋 Description

• Act as SME on D&B Small Business products for customer solutions
• Own and evolve the product roadmap per strategy and customer needs
• Manage full product lifecycle; prioritise features to maximise impact
• Partner with engineering and design to define requirements and deliver outcomes
• Engage with customers and sales to validate ideas and meet user needs
• Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends to inform decisions
• Work with leaders to build business cases for new capabilities
• Define and track key product metrics to guide data-driven decisions
• Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders
• Apply judgement to resolve issues and drive solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 8+ years in product management across the lifecycle
• Strong market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis
• Proven experience delivering products across the lifecycle
• Analytical and results-driven; ability to prioritise multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong collaborative team player
• Comfortable cross-functional work with sales, marketing, technology, and analytics
• Ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar PM tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong ownership mindset: proactive, curious, and motivated to solve problems
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development
• Fluent English required; German or Polish would be a bonus
