📋 Description

• Lead the Box AI LLM lifecycle across CI, evaluation, tuning, and optimization.
• Define monitoring, updates, and governance to deliver secure, compliant AI solutions.
• Own a technically complex product area balancing internal and enterprise needs.
• Lead end-to-end product development from problem to AI-driven solutions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and ML teams to deploy AI models for large-scale content workflows.
• Establish a metrics-driven approach with A/B testing to improve AI outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduating Dec 2026 - Jun 2027 with a BA/BS in CS, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Strong interest in product management and AI technologies; building products that solve real problems.
• Basic understanding of product development, user research, and translating needs into clear requirements.
• Analytical and curious; able to use data and feedback to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering, data science, design, and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present ideas clearly and effectively.
