🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical domain, preferably infrastructure or systems software
- Strong foundation for architectural discussions on cluster management, monitoring, networking, upgrades, and distributed systems
- Experience working with enterprise customers and translating field feedback into product direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complex technical topics for diverse audiences
- Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and drives workstreams independently
- Familiarity with on-premises appliance or hybrid cloud deployment models
