Product Management Director – Workforce Engagement

📋 Description

• Define and drive the end-to-end product vision for QM and WFM.
• Own QM/WFM roadmap balancing innovation, customer needs, and feasibility.
• Act as internal/external thought leader on WEM and agentic AI.
• Collaborate with a global team across US, Portugal, and India.
• Drive deployment with enterprise customers; optimize AI agents and WFM adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 9+ years in B2B SaaS product mgmt with WEM/QM/WFM focus.
• Hands-on WFM: forecasting, scheduling, intraday, real-time adherence.
• Hands-on AI-driven QM: automated evaluation, scoring, coaching workflows.
• Knowledge of agentic AI architectures with autonomous agents.
• Proven track record launching and scaling WEM, WFM, or QM products.
