Product Management Director, Okta Identity Threat Detection and Response Products

📋 Description

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Okta Identity Security functionality.
• Evangelize your vision to engineering teams, the broader product org, and customers.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap, prioritizing security features and admin ease.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and design to specify platform-first experiences.
• Work with scrum teams and TPMs to deliver features on time that address key security use cases.
• Own the product, prioritize across security domains, and track metrics tied to outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 8+ years product management experience.
• Proven track record of strategic vision and product design for security-focused products.
• Experience defining and driving Threat Protection, Threat Intelligence, SaaS Security and Network Security as a product suite.
• Experience with GTM strategy, pricing, product naming, legal contracts, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
