🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Manufacturing Eng; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in metal castings (die, investment, sand); 5+ years in leadership.
- Deep expertise in HPDC, low-pressure, investment and sand casting; alloy selection.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, NADCA, ASTM standards.
- Proven ability to drive growth and strategy across a distributed partner network.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration; travel as needed.
