- 6-8 years as a qualified Spanish lawyer with EU law knowledge.
- Experience with e-commerce, platform regulation, and consumer protection.
- Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy, initiative, and ability to move large projects forward.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French a plus.
- Nice to have: transport industry experience; Spain-France dual qualification.
