📋 Description

• Program Foundation: Build PLG framework, North Star metrics, experiments.
• Product Collaboration: Optimize onboarding, reduce TTV, drive virality.
• Lifecycle Mastery: Automate messaging for activation milestones.
• RevOps & data: Ensure data capture for PQLs with Segment/Mixpanel.
• Experimentation: Run A/B tests on pricing, signup flows, gated content.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Growth Marketing, Product, or Growth Ops in SaaS.
• Analytical: SQL or data viz (Tableau/Looker) and data storytelling.
• Technical fluency: APIs, webhooks, tracking pixels; fluent in Product/Engineering.
• Growth mindset: willing to fail fast; run many small tests.
• Cross-functional leadership: influence non-direct reports to execute experiments.
