🎯 Requirements

7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years leading PMs.
Meaningful experience in blockchain, DeFi, or protocol-adjacent firms.
Proven track record delivering multi-quarter product strategies amid ambiguity.
Engineering background or ability to go deep on technical architecture when needed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; distill complex trade-offs into clear narratives.
Empathy and adaptability; culture of curiosity, creativity, and shared understanding.
