📋 Description

• Define and drive the ED product roadmap with clinical evidence and customer feedback.
• Own end-to-end ED workflow from arrival to handoff; prioritize speed and accuracy.
• Improve clinician efficiency: time-to-chart and documentation completeness.
• Own ED quality metrics and reduce recurring pain points driving escalations.
• Build the ED ROI story for physicians, employers, and health systems.
• Partner with Marketing to translate value into positioning, packaging, and sales enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Must-have: 5+ years PM with ownership of a vertical product line.
• Must-have: Learn fast in complex domains; healthcare exp not required.
• Must-have: Own full value chain and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
• Must-have: Strong technical fluency with AI/ML, APIs, and complex system design.
• Must-have: Based in SF, in-office 3x/week.
• Nice-to-have: Healthcare/regulatory experience; ambient AI/NLP; 0→1.
