- Oversee lifecycle for government-issued ID verification from ideation to launch, ensuring compliance.
- Lead a team of Product Owners; drive agile processes, backlog mgmt, and stakeholder comms.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure success and identify improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Senior product management experience in Identity Verification, fraud prevention, or KYC/AML.
- Experience leading Product teams with people leadership and coaching.
- Understanding of government-issued IDs; Digital IDs (mobile IDs, eIDAS wallets, verifiable credentials) a plus.
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution; show business value.
- Data-driven, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to collaborate with ML and Engineering teams on advanced technologies.
