- Strong cross-functional instincts; willing to do the work.
- Strong product judgment and technical fluency to discuss tradeoffs with engineers.
- Exceptional communication across AI, healthcare operations, and business outcomes.
- Experience navigating HIPAA, CMS, or other healthcare compliance.
